Accounting-based confirmation template is suitable for invoices with only one line. If the invoice contains more than one line and if the accounting information is repeated on different lines the number of approvers added is equal to the number of lines with duplicate accounting information (approvers are duplicated).

To create and apply templates based on accounting, you first need to define an identifier. Settings -> Templates-> Confirmation templates.

In this case, the main identifier is the GL account and the secondary identifier is the dimension named Country.

When creating a new template from Settings -> Templates -> Confirmation templates then select New template, specify the GL account and dimension combination, specify confirmers and Save.

After adding the GL account and the dimension specified in the template to the invoice line and sending it to confirmation, the confirmers specified in the template will be assigned automatically.
