How to send an invoice to a colleague for accounting?

In addition to confirmation circle, invoices can also be sent to colleagues for them to enter the accounting information. For this, the setting Use accounting confirmation round must be active in the purchase invoice settings. In order to send the invoice to colleague for entering the accounting information, you must select either Direct to confirmation or Save and confirm on the invoice. A view like this will then open:

Adding people to the accounting round is done in the same way as the confirmation round. When all persons have been added, press Send to registration round.

During the accounting round, the status of the invoice is Being registered and when the round is completed, the status changes to Reviewing. The invoice can then be sent for approvals (the confirmation round).
