If you have set up an e-mail address and want to start entering the Finbite environment with a username and password, you can send yourself a password reset letter. To do this, you need to log out of the billing center and press the button "Forgot password?".
Next, a window will open where you can enter your username. Then press "Send recovery email".
If you have not previously logged in with a username and password, your username is the previously entered e-mail address that you added under user settings.
You will get a password renewal e-mail letter to your e-mail address.
