If you have set up an e-mail address and want to start entering the Finbite environment with a username and password, you can send yourself a password reset letter. To do this, you need to log out of the billing center and press the button "Forgot password?".


​Next, a window will open where you can enter your username or e-mail address. Then press "Send recovery email".

If you have not previously logged in with a username and password, your username is the previously entered e-mail address that you added under user settings.

You will get a password renewal e-mail letter to your e-mail address:

After clicking on 'Create a new password', a password reset window will open, where you need to write twice the new password and then press 'Save':

Now the password has been updated. The letter also reminds you what your username is on the following screen.

If the "Log in" button is pressed, the user will be redirected to the login page of the Bill Center.
