To create the interface, the data exchange URL and the authentication code must be copied into the accounting software. You need to ask your accounting software consultant where such settings are located in the program.
Both parameters can be found in the Finbite Invoice Management Center by selecting Settings-> Settings -> Data exchange with ERP (Enterprise resource planning solution). Check the ERP access enabled box and click Save.
Activation of e-invoice traffic:
In order for you to start accepting e-invoices in our environment, you should first activate the acceptance of e-invoices.
From the menu, select Settings ->Invoice settings ->Purchase invoice settings and remove the tick from the setting "Don't accept purchase invoices in e-service:" and save.
After that, for companies registered in Estonia, it is necessary to confirm your choice of operator in the Business Register (www.rik.ee) within seven (7) days. A board member can do this very easily by entering the Business Register environment and confirming his service provider there.

E-invoice roaming:
Roaming means that our customers can receive invoices from customers of other e-invoice operators. Our customers can also send e-invoices to customers of other operators.
