Deleting browser cache and cookies

If you experience problems using the Finbite environment, the first solution is to delete your browser's cache and cookies.

If you use the Google Chrome browser

  • Click on the icon with three dots in the upper right corner.

  • Click on the options History -> History -> Clear browsing data.

  • Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files to delete.

If you are using Internet Explorer

  • Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.

  • Select Safety -> Delete browsing history (Security -> Delete browsing history)

If you use the Mozilla Firefox browser

  • Select History -> Delete Recent History.

If you use the Microsoft Edge browser

  • Click on the icon with three dots in the upper right corner.

  • Select History -> Click on the icon with three dots -> Clear browsing data
