Deleting browser cache and cookies

If you experience problems using the Finbite environment, the first solution is to delete your browser's cache and cookies.

If you use the Google Chrome

  • Click on the icon with three dots in the upper right corner

  • Click on the options History -> History -> Clear browsing data

  • Select browsing history, cookies and other site data and cached images and files to delete

If you are using Internet Explorer

  • Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner

  • Select Safety -> Delete browsing history (Security -> Delete browsing history)

If you use the Mozilla Firefox

  • Select History -> Delete Recent History

If you use the Microsoft Edge

  • Click on the icon with three dots in the upper right corner

  • Select History -> Click on the icon with three dots -> Clear browsing data

On following browsers deleting site specific cookies can be done:

Google Chrome

  • At the top right, click on three dots -> click on History - > History.

  • Into ''Search history'' bar add a site name, i-e Finbite

  • Select the sites by hand or choose CTRL+A on keyboard to select all

  • Click Delete button on right corner.

Mozilla Firefox

  • On top right corner navigate to “Settings,” then “Privacy & Security.”

  • Under “Cookies and Site Data,” click on “Manage Data…”

  • Find the site whose cookies you want to clear and click on it.

  • Click “Remove Selected” to delete cookies for the chosen site.

Microsoft Edge

  • Open Edge browser, select three dots on top right Settings -> Cookies and site permissions.

  • Under Cookies and data stored, select Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data and search for the site whose cookies you want to delete.

  • Select the down arrow to the right of the site whose cookies you want to delete and select Delete .
