What to do if the username and password have been created before, but one or both of them have been forgotten?

When the new login environment opens on June 16th, it is very important that you know your username if you have previously used it to log in. If previously the username and password were remembered by the browser and the login occurred automatically, now these features must be reviewed.

As the URL of the environment changes, the browser does not automatically enter the information saved in the previous environment into the new environment. Therefore, before June 16th, you must review your username in the Omniva e-service and remember it or create a new one.

The username can be reviewed by selecting "Main page" from the top black bar and then "User settings".

You can check the user's settings and, if necessary, update the password.
