If you want to create a new user ID and password or recall the existing one, you must do so before June 16th in the Omniva e-service. The instructions below explain how to create a new username or recall an old one.
How do I create a username and password if they have not been used before?
To enter the billing center, use the link www.finbite.eu and click Log in. Before June 16th, you will be redirected to the Omniva e-service page, where you can use an ID card, Mobile-ID or Smart-ID to log in.
2. You will then reach the Invoice Management page. Now select "Main page" from the black bar.
3. Select "User settings" from the main page view.
4. Now the following view opens, where you can set the appropriate user ID and password:
We recommend setting a username that is easy to remember, as it is not possible to change the it. If you forget your username, you will no longer be able to enter the Finbite environment with your password. However, you can always enter with an ID card, Mobile-ID or Smart-ID, but it is no longer possible to create a new username.
Once the appropriate username and password have been entered, select "Save".
Now you can enter the system with your username and password.
