With the expense reports mobile application, it is possible to take a picture of a receipt or a check and transfer it immediately into the Finbite system. This ensures that if the receipt is lost or destroyed, it is still captured.

The Expense Reports app can be downloaded to a phone with Android 5.0 or higher and iOS 8.0 or higher.

The app can be downloaded from play.google.com/store by seraching for Finbite finance. The app can also be downloaded directly from Google Play or from the App Store.

After downloading, you can open the app and log in. User ID and password must be created in our environment beforehand.

Once you're logged in, choose which company you want to send the receipt to.
